Leicester → Rotterdam Twitchcon 2026
Am I actually cycling to Twitchcon Rotterdam?
Yeah... Potentially!
After a couple of cheeky beers and some questionable decision-making, I had the idea on stream to cycle all the way from Leicester to Rotterdam.
- No Training
- No Plan
- No Fitness
So, naturally, we're doing this properly!
The Challenge
I'll be cycling from Leicester to Rotterdam for Twitchcon 2026. Google thinks this journey is about 18 hours non-stop. Realistically, this is going to take me about 7 days.
What that means is
- Long days on the bike
- Long stream days
- Regretting this whole thing by day 2
The Deal
If we hit £500 in tips by Sunday 10th May 2026, I WILL DO IT!
If we only get to £400, I will take the easy way out and drive instead.
So you get to decide how much suffering you want to see.
Why £500?
It isn't just a meme goal, it actually covers the trip
- Accommodation along the route
- Bike repairs / parts (let's be real)
- Extra tech / streaming gear
- Ferry to Rotterdam
This makes the challenge possible
The Route (roughly)
I'll be following the following rough route (this isn't overnight stop locations)
Leicester → Huntington → Cambridge → Colchester → Harwich → Ferry → Hook of Holland → ROTTERDAM BABY!
